This week, I chat with Rebecca Amster, who is a family law attorney in Miami, Florida. She is also a marriage and family therapist, a Zumba instructor and a runner. Today we chat about how both Zumba, which is an interactive, lively, and fun exercise, and running, a more solitary experience, complement one another and have brought her to her healthiest place so far. One of my favorite things she said in this episode is that the clearest path to mental health is working on your physical health. And this does not mean you need to be exercising 24/7, and it doesn’t even mean that physical health is the answer to everything.
