Because we are all cooped up in our homes, it’s kind of like throwing spaghetti against the wall. We’re trying out a lot of different things with self care, sleep, having space, raising kids, and managing our health in general. In this episode, Chris Metz, a compliance expert in New York, and I chat about what it’s like and what we’re doing to get through this whole thing. We start the conversation about how he got into compliance, for any law students out there looking into compliance as one of the non-legal fields to consider after law school, and then we talk about what it means to go through all kinds of transitions, including this pandemic, to survive and thrive.
