Today my guest is Tom Lynch, a principal at Miles & Stockbridge, a very prominent law firm in my area in Baltimore. Not only has he been at this firm for the past 40 years - he has also been involved in building his community all over Maryland and making an impact the way he wants to. Because I don’t know about you, but for me and Tom, serving others lights up our hearts. But that’s not the only thing. A lot of things light up our hearts. Learning and growing as a lawyer, facing and overcoming challenges, finding balance and integration in our lives - it is all part of the journey in being fit to practice. And in this episode, Tom talks all about his reflection on the past 40+ years of experience as a lawyer, which is only part of the story.
