Sometimes, we feel so far away from “the dream life” because there are just too many fires to put out. So many barriers. Too many things that get in the way. So we think to ourselves, “one day.” One of my challenges is getting rest. I tell everybody how important rest is, and I also have trouble getting enough rest because I feel this guilt and anxiety when I feel like I am not working. So Emily Hirsekorn, a career and life coach for lawyers, comes to the rescue and not only walks us through her entire framework of building your “dream life” practically but also coaches me through my problem of getting the rest I am looking for. And amazingly, the approach she takes in solving my problem is so applicable to all kinds of other problems we all face on a daily basis. So that one day, we will actually be able to build that dream life. Wouldn’t it be amazing if that one day was today? Emily tells us how.
