I think I am on a roll with talking about the life of an in-house counsel. I’ll be honest - it is a LOT of fun. It is really uncomfortable learning and growing in the day to day, but it’s the kind of growth that you get excited about because you feel like you are making a difference in the company. But it’s not just the position itself that makes it great. It takes the environment and your personal responsibility to make it amazing and ultimately make you a great in-house counsel. So today I have Krista Lynn, who is a deputy general counsel who was just promoted earlier this year and has all kinds of amazing wisdom for anyone who is wanting to go in-house and anyone who is already in-house and wants to thrive even more.
