So, I messed up. I thought it was the 100th episode this week but it was actually last week. But it’s never too late, right? Anyway, in this special episode I record with my husband, Daniel Han, who is really the secret sauce to how I define being fit to practice for myself. In this episode, we answer all the questions that I’ve gotten from the listeners about how we manage our relationship, and we talk about how that is impacting our lives. Let me warn you, though, there are some things I would have never wanted to share on an open forum, but you can’t control what your husband does, and I didn’t want to hide any part of who he was. So this is an uncut version, maybe except for the ums and the ahs and the pauses. So just be ready for some embarrassing moments, and I hope you still like me after this.
