We’ve moved forward a lot in our discussion of the disparity at home in how we distribute the workload. We will have a long way to go. Especially because we rarely talk specifically about the moments where we feel like we are alone and specifically how we ask for help. So every time women have a conversation about what is really going on behind the curtains, we take a step forward.
