I don’t know if you’ve noticed, but mindfulness and Ayurveda is a hot topic these days. And we are quick to dismiss them as just another trend or just another thing that you cannot afford to do in your busy schedule. But what if I said that it really only takes 5 seconds? You are probably here not because you are a know it all but likely because you actually probably practice some sort of health and wellness habits and you want to learn more. My listeners are here not because they are starting from scratch but because they want to supplement the good path they are already on. And if that is you, you are in the right place today. As a health practitioner myself, I was curious about what Ayurveda even was, and turns out, it very much closely mirrors what I already practice, which is taking a few moments in your day to make your choices make you healthier. She talks about how she incorporates mindfulness in your daily work and life and simple steps to incorporate Ayurveda into your life for a lifetime of positive change. Tune in for all the details.
