This week, I am publishing a recording I made for a CLE company called Celesq, and with their permission, I am sharing here on my podcast as well, my entire framework for a healthy lifestyle.I specialize in optimizing your physical health so that your mental health is optimized, and I explain a step-by-step process to achieve that. This is the method I use with my clients; and if you follow the steps, you can make the changes you want in your health in just less than two weeks.
