Mindfulness and stress are buzzwords to the point where just talking about it attracts a bunch of eyerolls and more stress. So in this conversation with Marike Knight, lawyer and founder of Cool Karma Collected, she talked about how mindfulness can be fun and relatable and how we can make stress work in our favor. This is for those who feel like they need some sort of break in their mind and body and are not sure where to start. It can feel like homework, but even if it is homework, it’s the kind of work that gets us more in touch with our body and mind so that we are not in constant SOS mode every time crazy things pop up in our lives.
