Right now, things are very uncertain, and many law students and younger attorneys are trying to find a way to stand out in the hiring pool. It is stressful. The questions that come up are, “How do I position myself as a valuable hire?” “How do I connect with other lawyers without sounding sleazy?” “How can I find mentors who are willing to help me?” Today, I speak with Conrad Flaczyk to address those questions. Conrad is a junior lawyer at a big law firm in Canada, and he has a big presence on LinkedIn, and he’s only started publishing this year. In this episode, we talk about what it means to engage on LinkedIn, make meaningful connections, and we answer the question of what exactly do we need to start posting about? It is easier that you might think. Tune in to learn more about how to make the most out of our network despite the pandemic.
