This one is especially for anyone who has a background in the military because that is Chris Ogle’s background, but even if you are not in the military I highly recommend tuning in. Chris is an in-house counsel at an energy company after being a prosecutor, practicing maritime law, and practicing a host of other specialized areas of the law. And the biggest takeaway for him having a military background is that you get to choose how to lead, how to set an example, how to be healthy, and how to be mindful. It’s not always perfect, but it helps you practice the mindset of finding the right practices that best serve your mind and body. We talk about how every challenge that we face, from his experience in the military, for example, to the current pandemic, it is an opportunity to find what is best for you. So even if you are not in the military, we are all still experiencing this pandemic together.
