Welcome to the Anger Podcast. This is the one space where you will not be judged by your anger, whether it’s why you’re angry or how you’re angry. Instead, we will talk about how to actually experience anger so that you can decide what to do with your anger on your own terms. It is time to let your anger shine so that it can inform you about what you are all about and what you care about.

First, trigger warning. This episode talks about suicide, and I almost thought about taking that section out of the show, but this isn’t about me. It is about you. It is about serving whoever is out there that may need to hear the message that you are not alone. Stephanie, an Ohio attorney, shares how she struggled with depression and suicidal thoughts for years until she made the decision to take an inner look at where she was at life, and she shares how she was able to survive suicidal thoughts. She talks about the one lie that many of us lawyers tell ourselves that burn us out, and we talk about how to mitigate that. I want to share the suicide prevention hotline for anyone who may need to an expert: 1-800-273-8255, but I also want to share that this episode is dedicated to you if you are feeling like you are going through these thoughts alone. You are never alone. I hope that this episode is proof.
