Mindfulness is a term that is thrown out all over the place these days, but we are still left with wondering what it really means. In this episode, Jeena Cho breaks down what it means to be mindful and how we can use that to become happier, and more present. Because the truth is that we are still struggling with the stigma of stress. We are still struggling to be open and vulnerable about how we are human, which means that stress does affect us and stress can be toxic to us. But it’s ok. That is why we talk about the facts. The fact that it’s ok to be stressed out, it’s ok to reach out for help, and it’s ok to talk about it. Jeena unpacks for us how exactly we can be more mindful, and also how her recent pregnancy journey has advanced her practice in mindfulness and resilience. I hope you enjoy.
